CNC Turning
Turning is a high-precision process that is extremely useful for creating cylindrical parts like shafts. The work piece is rotated at high speeds on a metal rod while the cutting tool moves against it, fashioning the metal into the required shape by taking off bits of the material. Not only do we work with metal, but we also expertise in steel, and plastic CNC turning. Advanced machinery at our facility is also able to impart additional features to the piece, such as threads, flats, grooves, slots, and holes.

CNC Milling
Milling is the process of creating shapes from solid substances by removing part of the material using heavy equipment. The work piece in the mill is mounted on a fixture which then rotates and pivots to allow the machine to work on it with sharp cutting tools. Such multi axes movement allows the designer to execute a variety of very specific and detailed features.
